Laat ze de volgende vlucht gerust ietsjes langer(denk een dag(of een paar dagen voor een portobello in het wit)) staan tot de hoedjes net niet open gaan/zijn. Je kan ze als je ze wat groter laat worden goed vullen met b.v. rucola en kaas en dan in de oven
