Heb net een grote fles olie gekocht, de extra vierge omdat er bij de andere flessen niet op stond dat het koudgeperst is. Maar ik heb nu die van de AH eigen merk (de mega fles), zal die van euroshopper ook goed zijn? Ik neem aan dat alleen de smaak daar wat minder van is? Het kan in wezen met elke koudgeperste olie toch? Olijfolie heeft altijd zo'n... olijfgeur

Nou, spik en span is ie niet, maar je ziet de groenten, en niet een val vol onkruid (zoals vorig jaar ) dus ik ben allang blij Ik zorg iig dat het onkruid geen zaad kan maken, zodat het volgend jaar nog minder op komt. Een goede bodem is ontzettend belangrijk, maar hoe kwamen we daar terwijl het over het toppen van een meloen gaat?

Een volkstuintje (alsin: een tuin op afstand) zou bij mij ook minder aandacht krijgen denk ik... Nu loop ik langs mijn tuin, en zie ik dat er 1 hele grote onkruid plant heeft weten te ontsnappen aan mijn aandacht, en trek ik hem er snel uit voor hij zaad kan gaan verspreiden. En dan zie ik dat de kool een paar bladeren heeft die op de grond hangen door opgespat zand, en die maak ik schoon. Voor je het weet zit ik weer een uurtje te werken terwijl dat niet eens het plan was...

Nee, die gaan we malen samen met de andere granen en zaden die we voor ze verbouwen. Heel grof breken zeg maar.

Ja dat drogen en weken doen we met de volwassen kapucijner-erwten. Als kippenvoer, dus daar zouden we zelf ook van kunnen pakken. Maar zoet zijn ze dan niet meer

Aangezien wij VEEL kapucijners hebben staan om straks aan de kippen te voeren, pluk ik af en toe een maaltje voor onszelf. Nu wil ik ze inmaken, maar in mijn weckboek hebben ze het alleen over erwten. Kan ik kapucijners geschouwen als erwten? Of zal het toch anders uitpakken (door meer zetmeel bijv. ofzo?) Ik wil ze dan jong (en nog zoetig) plukken. Dus geen hele dikke zaden. Als ik er op google, staan ze samen met doperwten in het rijtje van groenten die je beter in kunt vriezen. Maar in mijn Weck-receptenboek staat dus wel een recept voor doperwten.
